Weeki Wachee Fish Company is Captain Larry Wentz's charter business in Weeki Wachee, which he also ran under the name Gulf of America Fishing Charters. Charters usually leave from Bayport Park on Cortez Boulevard, and scallop trips run July through September on a 27 foot Dek Kat or an 18 foot G3. Saltwater licenses, masks, snorkels, fins and mesh bags are provided, and guests bring their own cooler with snacks and drinks. The captain also runs inshore fishing charters.
