Go Local Manatee Tours runs manatee swims and, in season, private scalloping charters under the name Go Local Scalloping Charters. Trips leave from Pete's Pier Marina in Crystal River, where guests arrive 30 minutes before departure. The private charter is $400 for up to 3 guests plus $50 for each additional guest, with a maximum of 6. Masks, snorkels, fins, scallop bags, bottled water, safety gear and fishing licenses are provided, and scallop cleaning is not included. Pete's Pier Marina charges $10 for parking.
