Coast Runner Outfitters is a family-owned guide business based in Crawfordville, run by Captain Donny Miley with Stephanie Miley handling bookings. Scallop trips run from St. Marks, Keaton Beach or Port St. Joe, start at 9 am or 2 pm, and last four or six hours. Prices cover up to four people, with $150 for each extra person up to six. The fishing license, mask, snorkel, cooler with ice and safety gear are included. Port St. Joe trips depend on the Gulf County zone, which FWC kept closed in 2026.
